Our process is as follows:
Client Consultation/Position Analysis
Initially, we meet with our client to fully understand the corporate history, culture and mission. At this meeting, we also put together a position description and define the criteria for properly judging the qualifications of selected candidates.
Utilizing our professional research network along with other sources, we identify and provide weekly updates to our client of qualified candidates. It is our belief that a well-defined and focused executive recruitment effort will yield a list of viable individuals for more thorough evaluation and assessment.
Prior to presenting the selected candidates we have effectively screened, we conduct thorough reference checking and provide a detailed resume of each individual to our client.
At this step, we coordinate travel arrangements and schedule interviews at our client's request.
