Teresa Mazzitelli has been in the executive search industry since 1976, and has owned her own practice since 1988. Recognized as a talented corporate consultant to the business community, she is the recipient of several awards of achievement, such as the Minnesota Association of Personnel Consultants Consultant of the Year award, the Distinguished Leadership award from Huntington's Disease Society of America for contributions in business and community service, and consistently makes the CityBusiness Top Twenty-five List of Executive Search Firms.
Ms. Mazzitelli earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Saint Benedict and completed her postgraduate coursework at the University of Minnesota. She began her professional career in human resources for an international trade company, and subsequently joined a Minneapolis search firm where she went on to become the company's Senior Vice President.
As a search professional, Ms. Mazzitelli has a unique combination of strong academic credentials, corporate human resources experience, successful recruiting and evaluation skills and sound business judgment.
